The six roles
Every role sees only what is theirs to do next. Role-based access control and the audit trail are wired at the core.
Raises Back-fill, Project Fulfilment, and T&M requisitions. Composes structured JDs; tracks open reqs and pipeline counts owned by them.
Reviews submissions, assigns recruiters, monitors SLA breaches and at-risk requisitions, approves above-threshold offers.
Searches the owned candidate database, parses CVs, scores candidates against the published JD, drives the pipeline to selection.
Runs the HR round, prepares and releases offer letters, tracks declines and approvals against the compensation threshold.
Sees the rounds assigned to them and submits feedback against deadlines. Nothing else.
Manages users, RBAC, JD templates, SLA configuration, and platform-wide notification settings.
The lifecycle
Requisition Manager raises the req and authors the structured JD. Submission moves the status from Draft to Submitted.
Resource Head validates the JD, approves or requests revision, then assigns a recruiter. JD publishes internally.
Recruiter sources from the owned database, parses CVs, runs deterministic compatibility scoring, gates with the pre-selection checklist.
Panel runs rounds, submits feedback against deadlines, recruiter advances the candidate. Status moves to Selected.
HR round runs, offer letter prepared, Resource Head approves above threshold, offer released to candidate via secure link.
Candidate accepts or declines via secure link. Requisition closes; JD retained for audit. Onboarding triggers downstream.
